You take full ownership of ERP projects—from initial concept through go-live and stabilization. You understand customer processes in detail, make decisions that work in day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the project. You structure requirements, turn complexity into practical solutions, and keep timelines, budgets, and quality firmly under control. When projects reach critical phases, you lead from the front and help refine the methods and ways of working that drive successful delivery.

Lead and deliver ERP projects (Business Central)
- 5+ years of experience leading ERP projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- From analysis to go-live/hypercare – making decisions and ensuring successful outcomes
Retail, Wholesale & Solution Expertise
- Knowledge of the food industry (purchasing, planning, warehousing, sales, finance)
- E-commerce (shop integrations, product management, warehousing, returns, payment and shipping providers)
- Retail operations (store processes, POS systems, pricing and promotion management, inventory control)
- End-to-end: connected processes from online shop and logistics through to finance
Project Management & Methodology
- Keep timelines, budgets, and quality under control; identify and manage risks early
- Fit-gap analysis, requirements management/backlog management, test strategy, cutover planning
Integration & Technical Understanding
- EDI and partner integrations
- Scanner and mobile data capture (MDE) systems
- Label printing and weighing systems
- Integration of retail and e-commerce systems
Communication & Leadership
- Stakeholder management at all levels (executive management, business departments, IT)
- Keep teams focused, create clarity, and lead from the front during critical project phases
