Und ganz ehrlich: Es gibt kaum ein Thema im E Commerce, das so konstant untersch\u00e4tzt wird wie die Integration zwischen Webshop und ERP. Denn genau hier wird es in der Praxis oft komplex. <strong>Datenmodelle, APIs, Synchronisation, Fehlerhandling<\/strong> \u2013 alles Themen, die sauber durchdacht sein m\u00fcssen, damit am Ende Best\u00e4nde stimmen, Auftr\u00e4ge korrekt ankommen und Prozesse stabil laufen.\u00a0<strong>Und trotzdem f\u00fchlt sich jede dieser Integrationen am Ende irgendwie \u00e4hnlich an.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Der klassische Weg: funktioniert, aber ist selten einfach<\/h2>\n<p>Der Ansatz war lange klar. Man baut eine Schnittstelle, verbindet Artikel, Preise, Best\u00e4nde, Varianten, Kunden und Auftr\u00e4ge miteinander und sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass alles sauber synchronisiert wird.\u00a0Gerade im<strong> Online Handel und im Multichannel-Vertrieb<\/strong> sind diese Prozesse gesch\u00e4ftskritisch, weil sie direkt das Kundenerlebnis beeinflussen.\u00a0Technisch ist das absolut machbar.\u00a0 Aber es kostet Zeit. Und es bleibt fast immer eine individuelle L\u00f6sung, die gepflegt und weiterentwickelt werden muss.<\/p>\n<h2>Ein Moment, der meine Sicht ver\u00e4ndert hat<\/h2>\n<p>Kurz bevor Microsoft die <em><strong>Shopify-Integration<\/strong><\/em> in den Standard von Business Central aufgenommen hat, habe ich selbst f\u00fcr einen Kunden eine solche Schnittstelle entwickelt.\u00a0Ich war also tief drin in der <em><strong>Shopify API<\/strong><\/em>, habe Datenstrukturen analysiert, Logiken gebaut und mich mit allen klassischen Integrationsthemen besch\u00e4ftigt.\u00a0Und genau in diesem Projekt ist etwas passiert, womit ich so nicht gerechnet h\u00e4tte:\u00a0Ich habe <em><strong>Shopify<\/strong><\/em> wirklich sch\u00e4tzen gelernt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein so einfach aufzubauendes und gleichzeitig intuitives Webshop-System hatte ich im Online Handel bis dahin selten gesehen. Viele Dinge, die in anderen Plattformen kompliziert sind, funktionieren hier erstaunlich direkt.<\/p>\n<p>Als Microsoft dann kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter die native Integration in Business Central ver\u00f6ffentlicht hat, standen wir vor einem klassischen Dilemma.\u00a0Gehen wir den Weg weiter und entwickeln unsere eigene Schnittstelle weiter? Oder setzen wir auf den Standard?<\/p>\n<h2>Warum sich der Blick auf Integration ver\u00e4ndert hat<\/h2>\n<p>Heute sehen wir viele Projekte deutlich pragmatischer.\u00a0Nicht mehr entweder oder, sondern ein bewusster \u00dcbergang. Schnell arbeitsf\u00e4hig werden, erste Integration aufsetzen und sich dann Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt in Richtung Standard entwickeln.\u00a0Genau hier liegt der gro\u00dfe Unterschied zu fr\u00fcher.\u00a0Die Integration ist nicht mehr zwingend das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Projekt.\u00a0Sie wird zur Grundlage.\u00a0Und genau das sehen wir aktuell sehr stark im Zusammenspiel von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ote.de\/de\/erp-handel-ecommerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Shopify<\/em> und Business Central<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Standardintegration ist noch relativ jung, wird aber kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt \u2013 gerade in Bereichen wie API-Nutzung, Daten-Synchronisation, Fehlerhandling und Performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auch die aktuelle Release Wave zeigt, dass Microsoft hier klar in Richtung E Commerce und Integration denkt: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/dynamics365\/release-plan\/2026wave1\/smb\/dynamics365-business-central\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zur Microsoft Release Wave 1 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Wenn Integration pl\u00f6tzlich schnell geht<\/h2>\n<p>Was das in der Praxis bedeutet, merkt man relativ schnell.\u00a0Wir hatten vor kurzem einen Fall, in dem wir auf einem Testsystem eines Kunden aus dem Online Handel an einem Nachmittag eine funktionierende Integration zwischen <strong><em>Shopify<\/em> und Business Central<\/strong> aufgebaut haben.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produktdaten synchronisiert,<\/li>\n<li>Varianten \u00fcbernommen,<\/li>\n<li>Best\u00e4nde abgeglichen<\/li>\n<li>und erste Auftr\u00e4ge verarbeitet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Alles im Standard. Alles durchg\u00e4ngig. Nat\u00fcrlich noch nicht perfekt im Detail. Aber funktionsf\u00e4hig. Und genau das ist der Punkt. Diese erste funktionierende End-to-End-Strecke ist im E- Commerce sonst oft der schwierigste Teil. Hier war sie nach wenigen Stunden da.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ein Blick in die Praxis: vitaform<\/h2>\n<p>Ein sehr gutes Beispiel f\u00fcr diesen Ansatz ist vitaform.\u00a0Das Unternehmen hat sich bewusst entschieden, von Shopware auf <em><strong>Shopify<\/strong><\/em> zu wechseln, weil die Plattform als zukunftsf\u00e4higere Basis f\u00fcr den Online Handel gesehen wurde.\u00a0Der Weg dahin war bewusst pragmatisch. Zuerst ein kleinerer <em><strong>Shopify-Shop<\/strong><\/em> f\u00fcr den niederl\u00e4ndischen Markt, danach der Rollout f\u00fcr Deutschland. Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt, ohne unn\u00f6tiges Risiko.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auch bei der Integration zeigt sich genau dieses Muster:<\/strong><br \/>\nSchnell starten, flexibel bleiben und parallel den Weg in Richtung Standard aufbauen \u2013 mit dem Ziel, langfristig auf eine stabile, wartbare und skalierbare L\u00f6sung zu setzen. Erg\u00e4nzt wurde das Ganze durch gezielte Erweiterungen, etwa bei der Verwaltung von Produktbildern \u00fcber ein DAM-System oder bei der Nutzung von <em><strong>Shopify-Metafeldern<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0Das Ergebnis ist eine Systemlandschaft, die genau das bietet, was im modernen E Commerce z\u00e4hlt: Flexibilit\u00e4t, Stabilit\u00e4t und Skalierbarkeit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ote.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/FIN-vitaform-erfolgreiche-Shopy-Anbindung-BusinessCentral.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong class=\"font-semibold text-foreground\">Die vollst\u00e4ndige Shopify-Erfolgsgeschichte von vitaform lesen.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Was das f\u00fcr den Online Handel bedeutet<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr viele Unternehmen im Online Handel ver\u00e4ndert sich dadurch die Ausgangssituation grundlegend.\u00a0Ein Webshop-Projekt ist nicht mehr automatisch ein monatelanges IT-Projekt.\u00a0Man kann schneller live gehen, iterativ arbeiten und sich auf die Themen konzentrieren, die wirklich den Unterschied machen: Sortiment, Prozesse, Skalierung und Kundenerlebnis.<\/p>\n<h2>Fazit<\/h2>\n<p>Die Zeit der rein individuell gebauten Webshop-Schnittstellen im Online Handel geht langsam zu Ende.\u00a0Nicht, weil sie technisch nicht mehr m\u00f6glich sind.
